Research Focus
I am a senior research fellow in Health Data Science at the UCL Institue of Health Informatics. I undertook doctoral training in Genetic Epidemiology at the University of Bristol and graduated with my PhD in 2014. I have subsequently held post doctoral positions in genetic epidemiology and health informatics at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and University College London. She am currently an AHA PMI Data Science Fellow at the Institute of Health Informatics. The main focus of my research interests is the discovery of disease subtypes using electronic health records using unsupervised machine learning and genetic causal inference analysis.
